Privacy

Two texts on this page: the privacy policy of the game Dark Flag, and the privacy notice for the feedback form on this website.

Dark Flag privacy policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026. Developer: Alperen Muti.

This policy describes how the mobile game Dark Flag (package name com.alperenmuti.darkflag) handles your information.

Summary

Dark Flag does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal data. The game works fully offline.

Information we collect

None. The game has no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking or data-collecting SDKs. The app does not request the internet permission or any other Android permission that gives access to personal data (location, contacts, camera, microphone, files).

Data stored on your device

Your game progress (save slots) and settings (such as language, music and steering preferences) are stored only on your own device, inside the app's private storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can delete it at any time by deleting a save slot in the game, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app.

Children

Dark Flag does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If the game ever starts collecting data (for example, through online features), this policy will be updated before that change is released, and the effective date above will change.

What we process
Your rating, the type of feedback and your message; optionally your name, email address, device model and game version. To prevent abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.
Why
To fix bugs and improve the game, to reply to you if you left an email, and to protect the form against spam and automated submissions.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and our legitimate interest in improving the game and keeping the form safe, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties or sold. Submissions are stored on servers outside Türkiye run by our database provider Supabase and our hosting provider Vercel. This transfer relies on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox in the form (KVKK art. 9).
How long
The IP hash is deleted automatically after 30 days, and the whole submission after 2 years at the latest. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to mutialperen@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days, free of charge.

You can also send feedback without filling in your name and email.
